I am back home, safe and dry. Power came back on about an hour ago. Apparently power is slowly being restored to the island- about 70 per cent of residents lost it. The storm passed fairly quickly. There were some blaring, loud winds and rain going in all directions. Lots of bangs and branches in the roads. Everything is drenched. One person has died from the storm, as far as media reports go. I am very grateful, for many things, today.
