Half-Way Tree came to a halt yesterday after a man climbed a broadcasting tower and threatened to jump if a local radio station did not play his music. He was eventually coaxed down into safety. I’m not sure if the station played his music.

This web site claims his song was played. It also claims the man is suicidal. In any case, this was a tragic event that ended well, at least for now. Let’s hope this man gets help.
