Here is Treasure Beach, St. Elizabeth, the site of Calabash, a wonderful annual literary festival. It is about to happen again this year. The year I went, we heard Salman Rushdie speak, among others. He was delightful. This year looks to be, as usual, a good slate of speakers, including Marlon James, Teju Cole and Kei Miller.
