It was a beautiful but stormy day at the beach over the weekend. We had to dash to the car when the rain started coming down. But our first day at the beach with two babies and a day relatively free of meltdowns is a win.

Idris Alba filmed part of his newest film here in Jamaica awhile ago. My neighbor actually met him and said he was lovely. Check out the trailer here for the movie.

Jamaica has apparently achieved a significant improvement in perception of its corruption. I wish I had time or read the report, but here is the link to Transparency International’s web site.
