The tree is partially up. I do not have the patience to untangle the lights. That is for the husband. This is a brave attempt with a rambunctious toddler but we are going to give it a try.

This is tragic. Golden Krust CEO Lowell Hawthorne committed suicide this weekend. Condolences to family and friends.

Found this book amongst a shipment of goods my husband picked up in the States. It is totally serious.

I made this for my husband for his birthday on Sunday, but we never got to eat it, as our son was born the same evening.

Yesterday we celebrated International Day at Utech. Hundreds of high school students attended, giving them a chance to be exposed to the cultures of other countries. They were certainly enthusiastic and crowded the booths, which included Venezuela, Colombia, South Korea, Canada and several other groups. We also welcomed the new High Commissioner for Canada, Ms. Laurie Peters. It was a great day, including this performance from St. George’s Preparatory School.
