Lotto scamming in The Intercept


This is a piece from an outlet called the Intercept on lotto scamming. Not much new in the article but it is well done. On another note, one of the major players, Lavrick Willocks has been sentenced to six years in federal prison for his part in a series of scams that saw dozens of people, mostly elderly, lose millions of dollars.
