Fanso Beach, St. Mary’s hike

Yesterday we ventured to the parish of St. Mary’s for a hash hike. It was called Fanso Beach, or Robin’s Bay Beach and it was definitely not an area you would easily stumble upon. It was beautiful though, with the trail taking us uphill for a good part of the hike to lead to stunning views of the ocean. We also came upon what looked like a hotel mid-construction that had been abandoned. Or, “drug money that got catch,” as a fellow hiker put it. On the drive home, we stopped to get some fruit and vegetables from a roadside stand. The mangoes are in season and I have never seen them so large and colourful. Have a great Monday!
