I am in Canada for a few days. It is FREEZING! Literally, it was below zero on my run this morning. I warmed up quickly though and enjoyed seeing how the city is changing so quickly. So much new development. The leaves are also turning and swirling all over the streets. I think I have probably said this before, but is there anything better than hugs and laughs with family and friends you haven’t seen in awhile?
