Whether we are in Iraq or Rwanda, we have a responsibility to prevent human suffering; placing children at the top of that agenda should be key to this rationale.

This is a quote from an op-ed in today’s Washington Post by Romeo Dallaire, the Canadian soldier who witnessed the Rwandan genocide. He is warning of another possible genocide in Iraq.
