Finally, a new round of funding for a significant community project was announced recently. CSJP (Community and Security Justice Program) Phase III has received $55US and the Canadian government has pitched in $20 million. This is good news for many community groups who have been waiting on this funding. Many projects have been stalled or halted altogether and once this funding is disbursed, they can restart.
