Another road scene: This man was not only balancing precariously on this vehicle, but he was breathing in lungfuls of black smoke while on his phone.
There are many occupational hazards that seem to not be or have enforcement with employers. And the general public are not educated in the dangers of any of these factors. Plus, there seems to be this overall sense that the Jamaican male feels they are invincible to all evils of this world.
